Prior to entering private practice in 1997, our partners, Carole S. Slater and Stuart Beckerman, worked for several decades in New York City government, learning our practice areas from the inside. - Received multi-site permitting on behalf of Northrop Grumman IT to construct 13 cell towers for a city-wide public safety wireless network.
- Granted appeals to complete construction for hotels in Lower Manhattan and Queens.
- Received favorable determinations from the Buildings Department for major outdoor advertising sign companies.
- Received an approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission for a rooftop enlargement on a large upper west side apartment building.
